Sometimes when you go abroad, you catch a bug that leads you to seek additional opportunities abroad. Consider one of the following:
UCEAP offers a discount to second-time participants. UC Merced residency policies are very favorable toward studying abroad through UCEAP multiple times if students can work it into their schedules.
Apply to the Critical Languages Scholarship Program to spend a summer focusing on a critical language like Arabic, Farsi, Hindi, Korean Mandarin Chinese, Punjabi, Swahili, Turkish, or Urdu.
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers research, study and teaching in over 140 countries to recent graduates and graduate students.
Just announced summer 2016, MIIS is offering all UCEAP alumni $5,000 scholarships toward their graduate program with MIIS.
Consider spending even more time abroad. The UK is host to most US graduate students studying abroad, but Australia is popular and German and Scandinavian public universities have highly subsidized tuition.
