Photo and Video Submission Policy
Any photos or videos submitted to the University of California-Merced Office of International Affairs by students may be reused and/or reproduced by the Office of International Affairs or the University of California Education Abroad Program for use in printed and electronic publications. Submitted photos and videos may also be used by University of California communications offices to accompany any news releases to the media related to study abroad. Submitted photos and videos will not be used for other commercial purposes.
For contests, only UC Merced Study Abroad returnees or participants may participate in contests to win a prize. Other entrants are ineligible to win.
Students may only submit photos and videos to which they own the rights (i.e. photos taken with their own cameras). Photographs must be free of watermarks, distortions, and credits within the image.
