Academic Planning Form Utility Survey

Among challenges with signatures, student compliance, shifting deadlines, differing form requirements across the schools, and other challenges, we wanted to reexamine our use of the UCEAP Academic Planning Form (APF). We would like to gather your thoughts on the APF moving forward through a short survey. We appreciate your input, and we would like to move forward with the ideal solution that hits on the needs of the greatest number of individuals. The Office of International Affairs is contemplating a variety of changes related to the APF, from removing the requirement entirely to revamping it, and we seek advisor input.
