UC Merced 2024 Study Abroad Fair Registration

UC Merced's fourteenth annual Study Abroad Fair will take place Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 10 AM to 2 PM, in the Conference Center Ballroom.

Registration

Fair registration is $175.00 per organization until September 18 and $200.00 per organization afterwards and will include advance advertising, one parking space, a breakfast reception, a boxed lunch, tabling space, and a chair for one representative. For each additional representative in the same car, there will be a $25.00 charge. There will be no refunds for registration paid.

Sending Advance Materials

If you intend to send any materials in advance of the fair, please mark them specifically for "Study Abroad Fair" and address them to:

Please limit the quantity of boxes mailed to a maximum of 3 boxes or equivalent. If you plan to leave materials with our office, please note that our display and storage areas are very limited and we may have to eliminate extra materials.

    Parking & Directions

    Please refer to the UC Merced Maps & Directions page for updated directions. The campus is located approximately 2:10 from San Francisco International Airport.

    Updated parking instructions will go out to registrants in October or as more information becomes available.
