Gather passport materials, payment

By now, you may have completed the first four passport steps (#1 acquire proof of citizenship, #2 order gov't-issued ID, #3 fill out passport app, #4 take passport photos), and you are now ready to move on to the next stage: gathering your passport app materials and payment. Here's your checklist:

1. Passport application form
2. Evidence of citizenship
3. Photocopy of evidence of citizenship
4. Photo ID
5. Photocopy of photo ID
6. Passport photo
7. Passport fees (calculate or chart)

Once you have gathered your materials, you're ready to apply! Stay tuned or plan to apply during the Passport Palooza!
