Apply for your USA Passport on campus for the first time!
By now, you should have gathered or requested your proof of citizenship and government-issued photo ID. Now let's work on the actual passport application. Most UC Merced students will need to fill out the Application for a New USA Passport (Form DS-11). Check requirements to determine which passport application is right for you:
- Can I renew my U.S. Passport by Mail (Form DS-82)?
- Apply for a new passport (Form DS-11)
