UC Merced will host its fourth International Opportunities Fair, Thursday, September 22, 2011, 10 AM - 2 PM. International providers of study abroad, volunteer, work, teaching, and internship opportunities are welcome to attend.

Cost:

• Early registration: $100
  Deadline: September 15, 4 PM PDT
  Includes the cost for one organization and one representative. Each organization will receive one table, one parking space, presentation opportunities (information to follow registration), and advance publicity. Each registered representative will receive one continental breakfast, one boxed lunch, bottled water, and one chair.
• Late registration: $110
  Includes the cost for one organization and one representative.
• Additional representative(s): $20 each
  Includes an additional continental breakfast, boxed lunch, bottled water, and chair.

Refund/Registration Change Policy:

• No refunds are available. Please consider this when registering your organization.
• Organizations that need to change their representative(s) for the fair may do so by emailing us at international@ucmerced.edu, free of charge. As we print name tags in advance, we request that, if possible, you notify us of changes by September 15.

• Registration by Inter-Campus Departmental Recharge (for University of California representatives only)
• Registration by credit card or e-check/direct deposit

Notes:

• UC Merced is migrating to StudioAbroad. If your organization is eligible to be listed in the StudioAbroad directory, we recommend that you ensure that your organization is listed to facilitate students finding your programs.
• Registration for one organization includes one light breakfast, one boxed lunch, bottled water, one parking pass, one table and chair, an optional opportunity to present in a seminar room, and all logistics.
• Registration for an additional representative includes one light breakfast, one boxed lunch, bottled water, and an extra chair.
